Our Story

Frank & Rio was founded by two lifelong cowgirls — Angie and Amy — after years spent hauling horses, competing, and searching for a western shirt that truly fit the needs of riders. Like many women in the industry, we struggled to find shirts that combined comfort, function, and a flattering feminine fit. We knew there had to be a better way.

The brand takes its name from the barn names of the horses that brought us together, inspired our journey, and remain at the heart of everything we do.

Today, every Frank & Rio shirt is thoughtfully designed with premium fabrics, tailored construction, and practical details that perform both in and out of the saddle.

Program Terms

ORDERING TIMELINE
Fall 2026 Heritage Collection
Order Deadline: September 18, 2026
Order Confirmation Deposit: 50% due at the time of order
Production Begins: Immediately following the close of the order window
Estimated Delivery: 90–100 days after production begins
Final Payment: Due prior to shipment

PAYMENT TERMS
A 50% Order Confirmation Deposit is required on all opening orders.
Orders are confirmed once the required deposit has been received.
An invoice will be emailed following order confirmation.
Production begins immediately following the close of the seasonal order window.
Remaining balance is due prior to shipment.
Freight charges are invoiced at the time of shipment.

WHOLESALE TERMS
Opening Order Minimum: 10 units
Reorder Minimum: 6 units
Payment Method: Invoice

MINIMUM ADVERTISED PRICE (MAP) POLICY
Products may not be advertised below MSRP without written approval.
Applies to websites, social media, email marketing, online marketplaces, and print advertising.
Repeated violations may result in termination of the wholesale relationship.

Cancellation Policy

• Orders may be cancelled prior to production
• Once production begins, deposits are non-refundable
• Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing

Returns & Damages

• Wholesale orders are non-refundable
• Manufacturing defects must be reported within 10 days of receipt
• Approved defects will be replaced or credited at Frank & Rio's discretion

Lead Times

• Estimated delivery: 90–120 days
• Lead time begins upon receipt of deposit and final order confirmation
• Lead times subject to fabric availability and production schedules
