At Frank & Rio, we strive to process all orders within 24 hours. Please note that orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

We want you to love your Frank & Rio shirt. If it isn't the right fit, we're happy to help.

Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags attached, and in their original packaging.
  • Please include your packing slip or order number. Without it, we can't identify your return, which may delay your refund.

Exchanges
The quickest way to receive a different size or style is to return your original item and place a new order once your return has been initiated.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us right away so we can make it right.

Non-Returnable Items
Sale items and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or credit card company may require additional time to post the refund.
