Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $200. Orders under $200 are subject to standard shipping rates calculated at checkout.

We aim to process in-stock orders within 24 hours, excluding weekends and holidays. Once shipped, you'll receive a tracking number by email.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery on unworn, unwashed items with tags attached and original packaging. To start a return, visit the return portal linked at the bottom of our home page.

Exchanges

We want you in the right size. Frank & Rio offers one free exchange per order. If you need a different size, reach out and we'll make it right.

Final Sale Items

Sale items, gift cards, custom orders, and personalized items are final sale and not eligible for returns. Final sale items may qualify for store credit only. Individual product pages will note when an item is final sale.
