Returns & Exchanges
We get it—sometimes the fit or feel just isn’t quite right. That’s why we offer a 30-day return policy from the day your shirt arrives.
To qualify, your item must be unworn, unwashed, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. Please include your packing slip or order number—without it, we can’t match the return to you and that can slow things down.
Once your return is approved, we’ll email a shipping label and instructions.
Please note: Items sent back without approval can’t be accepted.
A few exceptions:

We can’t take back sale items, gift cards, custom, or personalized orders.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us right away so we can make it right.
Need a different size or color?
The fastest way is to return your item and place a new order once your return is accepted.
Refunds:
After your return arrives and passes inspection, we’ll refund your original payment method within 10 business days.
If it’s been more than 15 days since approval and you haven’t seen the refund, reach out—we’ll help sort it out.
Exchange Policy Limitation Free exchanges are available once per order. Subsequent exchanges on the same order are not covered and will require the customer to cover all shipping costs. We reserve the right to decline additional exchange requests beyond the first exchange per order.
